ENRIQUE FOSTER APARTMENT RENOVATION
The challenge of this apartment
was to reorganize its interior distribution to obtain ample
modern spaces full of light. This was achieved by demolishing
most of the existing walls to allow that all the areas would
have access to the outstanding view of the adjacent San Luis
Hill. The kitchen, living room and dining room were united into
one large area with the only structural remaining wall covered
in stone.
A lightning project was designed with spot and indirect ambience
illumination, which together with the election of stone and
cedar wood, created a modern and warm climate. We also advised
the client in choosing the furniture that was custom designed
considering the new spaces as well as to incorporate music and
video equipment.
